Principal, YuriiTsugi
Yuriiki brings together more than 16 years of hospitality commercial and revenue management experience with an earlier foundation in education and a growing body of practice in workplace learning and organisational capability.
Her work has required her to look beyond individual functions: connecting commercial strategy with operations, translating data into decisions, developing people, and identifying the organisational conditions that enable—or constrain—performance.
That cross-disciplinary perspective shapes YuriiTsugi. Rather than separating business performance from people development, the practice examines how strategy, systems, capability and behaviour interact, then works from diagnosis towards practical action.
